Our Mission

(a) By sponsoring education from and for the members, as well as local outreach programs, and by attending other local organizations’ networking events, thereby increasing the knowledge of members and membership candidates regarding business conditions in the community;

(b) By having individual members educate other members regarding services provided to the community, and by sponsoring meaningful business relationships among members, thereby improving the quality and appropriateness of referrals, the services that members provide to the community, and the satisfaction of customers and the community;

(b) By providing a forum for the discussion of business issues relevant to the members and to the community, for the exchange of ideas and proposals for improving business conditions and addressing changing business conditions, thereby contributing to the prosperity and economic welfare of the community;

(c) By sponsoring continuous improvement in the quality of services provided by members to the community, and their ongoing commitment to ethical business practices, and by maintaining the accountability of members that receive referrals from other members;

(d) By encouraging member participation in charitable works and public service within the community; and,

(e) By taking such other actions as the members deem appropriate that contribute to the betterment of business conditions in the community and the San Gabriel Valley.
